CellCiphr Cytotoxicity Profiling Assays
The CellCiphr Cytotoxicity Assay for human HepG2 cells is an assay co-developed by Cellumen and Millipore that comprises high-quality, validated, multiplexed detection reagents and protocols for profiling eleven human cytotoxicity parameters. Cellumen’s proprietary panel, composed of unique antibody pairs and detection reagents, enables detection and analysis of the cellular systemic response to toxin challenge. The CellCiphr Cytotoxicity Assay screens compounds for a broad range of potentially toxic effects early in the drug discovery process.
