MILLIPLEX MAP Comparative Data
The performance characteristics of MILLIPLEX MAP Cell Signaling MAPmates were benchmarked against analytes selected from two competitors. A total of five phosphoprotein analytes (see table below) were selected based on availability from Millipore and competitor companies, as well as maximal signaling pathway overlap.pEGFR | A431/EGF |
pJNK/SAPK1 | HeLa/HS-Ars |
pERK1/2 | A431/EGF |
p-p38 | HeLa/HS-Ars |
p-p70 S6K | A431/EGF |
Manufacturer instructions for cell lysis and sample preparation as well as protocol assay procedures were followed rigorously for each of the cell signaling kits. The results below with the fold induction values demonstrate the superior product performance of the MILLIPLEX MAP Cell Signaling product line.
