GPCR Cell Lines
ChemiScreen Ca2+-Optimized GPCR Stable Cell Lines
Our Stable Calcium-Optimized GPCR Cell lines combine two proprietary technologies (expression vector and ChemiScreen cells) to improve the functional expression of GPCRs.
To meet the demands of HTS and selectivity profiling, our ChemiScreen GPCR cell lines are uniquely adapted for calcium-based functional screening. Endogenous expression of promiscuous G proteins in ChemiScreen cells funnel GPCR signaling to a common calcium readout, regardless of G protein coupling status. The result is a robust and uniform platform for cell-based screening and profiling.
