Ready-to-Assay Pre-Plated Membranes
Ready-to-Assay Pre-Plated Membranes combine our GPCR membrane preparations and MultiScreenHTS glass-fiber filtration plates into a single product. This simplifies binding assays and increases throughput. Membranes, at 1 unit per well, are spotted onto MultiScreenHTS plates and frozen. This allows you to thaw the plate, add the assay mixture, and after the reaction equilibrates, filtration can be performed directly on the assay plate. Millipore offers two Ready-to-Assay Pre-Plated Membrane formats: 1) single receptor per plate or 2) plate spotted with multiple receptor family members to further simply selectivity profiling.Features
- Millipore GPCR membranes pre-aliquoted onto assay plates
- Reduced steps compared to traditional filtration
- Single plate for both assay & filtration
- Amenable to automation
- High signal-to-noise
- Available in bulk quantities
