Bulk Enzymes

Protein kinases and phosphatases are amongst the most studied biological signaling molecule in both academic and drug discovery research. We have focused significant effort on making these enzymes as accessible as possible. Our growing portfolio of more than 350 enzymes is the industry's most diverse. We have worked closely with many of the leading kinase and phosphatase researchers in the world to select and develop these targets to meet the demands of today's drug discovery screening efforts.

We provide kinases, phosphatases and protein substrates in a full range of quantities from small lab pack sizes, custom bulks, and the new larger Kinase Discovery Packs. All HTS Targets must pass strict validation criteria: all cDNAs are sequence validated at the point of manufacture, the expressed protein is subjected to extensive purity and activity measurements, and all products are subjected to tryptic mass fingerprinting to confirm identity.

In addition to our in-house kinase portfolio, we also offer bulk production and purification services. We can provide variations of our existing products as well as supply an out-sourced production capability for proprietary clones supplied by clients. We have significant expertise in baculovirus expression in insect cell lines. We also produce a wide range of targets in E.coli utilizing our bioreactors. Regardless of the expression host, we can work at any scale from 1 to 40 liters and purify to HTS specifications.
