Q. Will I be able to order all of my multiplex kits through this new ordering tool?
- Yes, all of our multiplex panels can be ordered through this tool, including premixed panels.
Q. How is this new tool different from my current ordering experience?
- It provides a simple, straightforward way to see all the panels available for a given species, panel type or sample type with a dynamic interface displaying all of the possible combinations based on your choices. You may view the demo to see the new tool in action.
Q. Will I still be able to fax my orders?
- Yes, for the immediate time period our online fax order forms will continue to be available; however, online ordering using the new tool is recommended.
Q. Will I be able to view prices?
- Yes, our standard price list will display. If you have logged in prior to placing your order, any pricing particular to your account will display.
Q. Will I still receive an order confirmation for my kit?
- Yes, a Web order confirmation will be emailed to you.
Q. When will my order ship?
- Orders will generally ship within 2 to 3 days.
Q. Can I add other products to my order for my MILLIPLEX kit?
- Yes, all of your required Millipore items can be added to your shopping cart.
