Ordering for U.S. Customers
There are two options for ordering your MILLIPLEX MAP* kits:Online Catalogue
 | Locate your desired MILLIPLEX MAP products in the catalogue via any of the following methods
Once the product page displays:
NOTE: If the products you have selected are custom MILLIPLEX MAP kits (i.e. allowing you to choose the analytes that best fit your needs), you will be directed to a page containing brief instructions, any special notes for the kit (e.g. analyte restrictions), and a checklist of available analytes. If, for example, you have chosen a 10-plex, you will be prompted to choose 10 analytes before proceeding with your purchase. Once all analytes are selected, you can continue the checkout process by pressing the “Continue” button. |

- Complete the order forms and return to Millipore’s Customer Service Department via fax or mail per the following instructions:

3. Shipping and billing address.
4. Purchase order number or credit card number
5. Catalog number and description of product.
6. Quantity of kits.
