Extend the life of your instrument with a Millipore Service Plan! Our one- and two-year plans begin when your initial one-year warranty ends. These plans cover all preventative maintenance and repairs as well as technical support and software upgrades.Speak with your field service engineer to learn how to decrease the risk of downtime with one of our service plans.

Our friendly, well-informed technical service team has the answers you need for your cell biology questions and concerns. For questions that require more detailed explanations, we even offer specialized on-site or web-based training sessions.

About the Service Plans
Each Guava System is covered by a one-year warranty that begins when you receive your instrument. Millipore Service Plans are designed to take over when the warranty expires. The two-year service plan offers the best value compared to two consecutively purchased one-year service plans. The plan details are outlined below.

* Preventative maintenance is only available for the EasyCyte System, EasyCyte Plus System, and PCA-96 System. The EasyCyte Mini System and PCA System service plans do NOT include preventative maintenance, but do still cover all labor and replacement part costs.
