Millipore Foundation Launches New Scholarship Awards
With its purchase of Serologicals in 2006, Millipore now has a presence in three new communities: Temecula, CA, St. Charles, MO, and Kankakee, IL. To support local high school students in their pursuit of a college education, the Millipore Foundation has established scholarships in each of these communities.
The Millipore Foundation Scholarship will be a $1,000 award to a deserving student who has demonstrated high academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular activities and who plans further study in the fields of science, engineering or mathematics at an accredited four-year college or university.
Scholarship awards will be made at the following high schools:
Chaparral High School, Temecula, CA
Great Oak High School, Temecula, CA
Temecula Valley High School, Temecula, CA
St. Charles High School, St. Charles, MO
St. Charles West High School, St. Charles, MO
Kankakee High School, Kankakee, IL
