SignalProfiler™ services analyze the biological activity of your kinase inhibitors in a cellular context. SignalProfiler™ uses the highly quantitative MILLIPLEX™ immunoassay platform. Unlike other cell-based kinase assays that require artificial, reporter cell lines or the use of large amounts of sample lysates, SignalProfiler™ provides analysis on cells or tissues that are appropriate for your research interests, thus bridging the gap between a compound’s in vitro biochemical activity and its more relevant cellular activity.
Systems-level insights
The global effect of a kinase inhibitor cannot be understood by in vitro biochemical assays alone, due to the structure of signaling networks and the multi-inhibitory effects of many compounds.
