SignalProfiler™ services analyze the biological activity of your kinase inhibitors in a cellular context. Simply choose your favorite cell or tissue system, send us your screening compounds, and receive multiplexed phosphorylation measurements across high-value pathways. SignalProfiler™ uses the highly quantitative MILLIPLEX™ immunoassay platform. Unlike other cell-based kinase assays that require artificial, reporter cell lines or the use of large amounts of sample lysates, SignalProfiler™ provides analysis on cells or tissues that are appropriate for your research interests, thus bridging the gap between a compound’s in vitro biochemical activity and its more relevant cellular activity.
Systems-level insights
The global effect of a kinase inhibitor cannot be understood by in vitro biochemical assays alone, due to the structure of signaling networks and the multi-inhibitory effects of many compounds. SignalProfiler™ enables you to identify how signaling nodes, signal redundancy, and feedback loops affect the desired activity of a compound, providing the ideal data to complement target-specific profiling.
