UbiquitinProfiler™ IC50 Service
Our UbiquitinProfiler™ IC50 service enables you to follow up hits identified in a standard UbiquitinProfiler™ study by determining an IC50 value for your test compound against the E3 ligase cascade of interest. Our IC50 curves consist of 8 compound concentrations plus blanks, for a total of 18 wells. Compound dilutions are in a half-log series, with the top concentration being selected from the following scale: 100 μM, 30 μM, 10 μM, 3 μM, 1 μM, 0.3 μM, 0.1 μM etc. Your report will include a graphical representation of the data and the estimated IC50 value.
