Obtain reproducible, quantitative data on pathway activation in multiple cell types using SignalProfiler Services. Measuring the level of phosphorylated Erk1/2 in five different cell lines shows that the level of MAPK pathway activation depends on both cell type as well as the specific stimulant added.
