Introducing the first software application for in-depth visualization of profiling data

Millipore has introduced the first software application for in-depth visualization of GPCR and kinase profiling data. Our new Data Analysis and Report Tool (DART) creates an interactive map of target profiling assay results, enabling you to make faster, more informed decisions in your drug development projects.

View a demo of the DART and begin your voyage with your profiling data.

Get started with DART by signing up for a Drug Discovery Services Portal account. Through this secure portal, you can enjoy personalized, secure access to your service reports, as well as convenient links to information, ordering and customer support for our Drug Discovery services.

Have you created a new Millipore log-in since November 17?
If you have, you will need to use your old log-in to access DART.

DART provides complete flexibility to view compounds, targets and data ranges of interest. The tool also allows you to capture images to develop spectacular presentations, helping you more quickly and confidently communicate and advance to the next steps in your drug discovery strategy. DART is fully customizable, allowing you to set your own parameters for data limits, sizing, colors and targets, among many other variables.

With the new DART Target Visualization Tool, you can:
  • Securely load previously obtained KinaseProfiler, GPCRProfiler or AllostericProfiler service data
  • Map data onto interactive kinome and GPCRome diagrams
  • Visualize % inhibition, % activity and other data correlated with submitted compounds
  • Customize normalization and display options
  • Compare activities of up to 4 compounds at once
  • Save or print mapped data
