From Route 3 South, take the CONCORD RD. exit, exit number 27, towards BEDFORD/BILLERICA.
Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
Merge onto CONCORD RD.
Turn RIGHT onto MIDDLESEX TURNPIKE.
Take your first LEFT after the 99 Restaurant into 900 Middlesex Turnpike.
Take your first RIGHT and continue straight.

From South:

95 North to Route 3 North.
Take the RT-62 exit, exit number 26, towards BURLINGTON/BEDFORD.
Turn RIGHT onto BURLINGTON RD/MA-62.
BURLINGTON RD/MA-62 becomes BEDFORD ST/MA-62.
Turn LEFT onto MIDDLESEX TURNPIKE.
