The M Air T Tester for Isolator is an innovative concept for analyzing trends in aseptic conditions. The system consists of a programmable, constant-flow suction pump and an independent sampling head that can be placed anywhere in the controlled environment without introducing electrical or mechanical components.

  


The M Air T Compressed Gas and Air Test Kit, used with the M Air T Isolator Pump, allows the sampling of compressed gas, such as N2 or CO2 used in freezing, cooling, carbonation, and modified atmosphere packaging. The sampling head automatically converts the compressed gas or air sample, which can be at pressures of up to 5bar, or 73psi, to atmospheric conditions, thereby providing accurate, reliable sampling. Automated operation and short-duration, high-volume sampling reduce the time and effort required for monitoring and validating aseptic conditions.



Obtain Reproducible Results with Ease
The M Air T Testers use an active sampling method of sieve impaction to bring reproducibility and convenience to air monitoring. This method measures the number of microbial contaminants in a known volume of air, leading to reproducible results. The pre-poured, gamma-irradiated agar cassettes minimize the risk of contamination. The consistent filling level and flat surface of the agar cassettes improves reproducibility by keeping the distance between the sieve and the surface of the agar constant between samples.
