Choosing the Right Membrane

Millipore Express PES filters provide broad chemical compatibility and exceptionally high flow rates for solutions at the high and low range of pH, 1 – 14. Millipore Express SHC filters are designed for use across a range of moderate to high fouling solutions. Millipore Express SHF filters provide fast, efficient and economical sterile buffer filtration, while Millipore Express SHR filters offer exceptionally high retention and protection against mycoplasma contamination.

Cartridge Filters

Millidisk hydrophobic cartridges are well-suited for applications where particle shedding is a concern. Millidisk filters are available in sizes ranging from 500 cm2 to 2,000 cm2, providing low hold-up volume and scalability. Optiseal cartridge filters incorporate a unique sealing mechanism to maximize sterility assurance, improve sterilizability and add greater safety during thermal stress.
