The MF technique is the standard test for detecting microorganisms and complies with Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, Edition 20, 1998.

Whether testing in a lab or in the field, Millipore has a range of products for microbiological analysis of water, including membrane filters, media, incubators, sampling valves and swabs and samplers.
