Glass Microanalysis Filter Holders
For 25 mm disc filters
Use to vacuum filter small volumes of liquids for particulate or biological contamination analysis. Filter support is available in fritted glass or stainless steel. Thick prefilters or laminated filters will not seal in this holder. Durapore (PVDF) or unlaminated PTFE are recommended for solvent applications.

The MilliSolve Filtration System features automatic, continuous solvent and buffer filtration-no need to pour during filtration. the 2 L receiving flask includes plug and tubing for storage-eliminates filtered buffer transfer to reduce labor and contamination risk. the conical 2 L flask bottom allows access to all filtered solvent/buffer.

Filter Holder Manifolds
3-Place PVC, 3- and 6-Place Stainless Steel
Vacuum manifolds support simultaneous filtration of three or six test samples. Use Millipore glass, plastic or stainless steel filter holders fitted with standard No. 8 perforated stoppers over holder outlets. Manifolds connect to single vacuum source and use separate control valves at each station for independent operation.

Aerosol Analysis Monitors
With 25 mm disc filters
Two 25 mm monitor types are available: a 3-piece polystyrene monitor with 16 mm center ring and female Luer slip vacuum connection, and a 3-piece carbon-filled polypropylene conductive monitor with 50 mm extension cowl.

Pre-assembled with filters in-place. Available with matched-weight membranes.

Fluid Contamination Analysis Monitors
With 37 mm disc filters
Transparent, disposable filter holders made from Tenite plastic and pre-assembled with MF-Millipore filters (effective filtration area is 9 cm2). A thick cellulose pad, 34 mm diameter, between the monitor sections seals the filter to distribute sample flow evenly over the filter surface.

Monitor Refills and Gravimetric Analysis Filters
37 mm and 47 mm disc filters
MF-Millipore MCE and Mitex (PTFE) membranes for 37 mm Contamination Analysis Monitors. Matched-weight filters matched in pairs to within ±0.1 mg for gravimetric analysis. Also available pre-loaded in Contamination Analysis Monitors.

Fluid Sampling Kits
For liquid sampling through 37 mm monitors
For sampling turbine fuels, water or other liquids through Millipore Contamination Analysis Monitors prior to gravimetric or colorimetric analysis. The stainless sampler assembly plugs into a quick-release valve installed in the system line, which allows a measured quantity of liquid to pass through the monitor filter.

1225 Sampling Manifold
For 25 mm disc filters
Simultaneously vacuum filter 12 samples for rapid retentate or filtrate analysis. Numbered positions on the filter plate assure accurate sample tracking. Sealing stoppers maintain vacuum on unused sample cups. Accessory extension barrels increase sample volumes from 15 to 50 mL.

Sterifil® Aseptic System and Holder
For 47 mm disc filters
Used for general filtration applications and filtration of samples for particulate or biological contamination analysis. The closed unit protects sample and filtrate from environmental contamination. Sterifil holder and funnel available separately (without receiver flask and cover) to use with standard 1 L vacuum filtering flask or multiple place manifold.
