For accurate pricing, please include medium type, modifications, and potential order volume. Once the formulation has been approved, we assign an independent formulation number to facilitate the ordering/re-ordering process. If the custom formulation is modified at any point in the future, we will assign a new formulation number to avoid any confusion.
