5 generations The Guava Cell Growth Assay provides, at the single-cell level, proliferation assessments out to five generations. This kit is a powerful tool for assessing cell doubling time, verifying the health of cell cultures, or screening for compounds that affect cell growth. Simple, non-radioactive protocol The assay uses a well-characterized fluorescent dye, carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester (CFSE), which diffuses freely into cells and does not affect cellular function.
