| The Guava ViaCount Reagent provides absolute cell count and viability data on cell suspensions from a variety of cultured mammalian cell lines. The Guava ViaCount assay distinguishes between viable and non-viable cells based on the differential permeability of DNA-binding dyes in the ViaCount Reagent. The fluorescence of each dye is resolved operationally to allow the quantitative assessment of both viable and non-viable cells present in a suspension. The Guava ViaCount assay is intended as a rapid and reliable method for determining cell count and viability. |
