| A high throughput screening method to classify the solubility of compounds using a new, 96-well filter plate (MultiScreen Solubility filter plate, Millipore,Danvers, MA) was evaluated to assess its correlation with standard (shake-flask) methodolology.1 The aqueous solubility of ten different commercially available compounds was measured multiple times in different MultiScreen Solubility filter plates. The performance of the assay and the correlation with shake-flask values are reported.
