Cycle Assay, when used in conjunction with the Guava PCA platforms,
offers cell cycle phase analysis right at your benchtop without
the use of complicated flow cytometric methods. The cell cycle
phase percentages and counts are displayed on the same screen as
acquisition, without the requirement for involved software set-up,
making it easy for you to visualize the results in both histogram and
statistical formats. Unlike traditional methods, the cell counts for
each sample are direct and absolute, without the use of reference
beads; this provides you an additional capability of also monitoring
whether changes in cell cycle are a result of treatments and not just
