| Pellicon 2 2.5 m Maxi filters are manufactured by assembling five 0.5 m² Pellicon 2 cassette filters in a stack. This stack of cassettes is then placed in a mold in which the outer layer, or jacket, of polyurethane is formed. Once the jacket is formed, it is possible to see the interface between the outer jacket and the beveled edge of the 0.5 m² Cassette through the translucent adhesive.
